PinHigh Sports LLC

A sports IP & analytics
company.

PinHigh builds benchmarks and standardized processes for a sports economy that has never had them. Private capital has accepted sports as an institutional asset class. The public-market and analytical infrastructure has not caught up. PinHigh builds it.

The thesis

Sports institutionalized. The toolkit did not.

Tens of billions of private capital have flowed into sports over the past five years. CVC into Formula One. Silver Lake into UFC. Arctos across NBA, MLB, and motorsport franchise platforms. Sovereigns lengthening duration into rights, leagues, and venues. The category has institutionalized.

The public-market and analytical toolkit has not. Existing sports ETFs blend apparel, betting, and broad media into baskets where sports is incidental. Emerging-league marks lack the rigor institutional allocators require. There is no accountable, comparable rating for player form. Sports outcomes now trade on regulated venues without a defined information perimeter underneath them.

PinHigh closes the gap by building what the space never had. Where private capital prices these assets quietly and inconsistently, PinHigh builds the published, rules-based instruments the public side is missing: a benchmark index, a comparable player rating, a repeatable valuation process, and a defined integrity framework, surfaced through a strategy layer and a content layer.

“Any index can include Formula One. Only GSI excludes Nike.”On methodology discipline

What PinHigh is

Benchmarks and standardized processes, built where none existed.

PinHigh sits in the lineage of S&P Dow Jones Indices, MSCI, and FTSE Russell: durable, rules-based IP surfaced across multiple commercial channels. GSI is the benchmark, PFI the rating process, SAV the valuation process, SIRP the integrity framework. They are not four companies. They are commercial surfaces on one intellectual-property platform for sports as an asset class.

Product 01 · The benchmark

Global Sports Index

A rules-based equity index of publicly listed companies whose enterprise value is materially contingent on the existence and commercial vitality of organized sport. Live since July 1, 2026, calculated independently by Solactive AG.

A methodology-disciplined benchmark.

GSI provides direct, liquid public-market access to the global sports economy through a disciplined, rules-based methodology. The index identifies companies whose enterprise value depends on the existence of organized sport, and excludes apparel brands, betting operators, lifestyle footwear, and broad media conglomerates regardless of sports exposure.

The index is governed by a formal rulebook with categorical exclusions, observable inclusion criteria, a tiered eligibility floor, and a semi-annual rebalancing protocol. Inclusion and weight are determined by rule, not discretion. Solactive AG serves as the independent calculation agent, with live daily calculation since July 1, 2026.

Product 02 · The rating

Player Form Index

An accountable, comparable form designation for professional athletes, published weekly as the PFI Field Sheet. Live in two competition verticals: golf across the PGA Tour, DP World Tour, and LIV, and Formula 1 across the race calendar.

A comparable rating, not a feed.

Raw providers sell the data. Sportsbooks sell the price. PinHigh sells what sits between them: a gated, comparable designation with a published record behind it. Each player carries a held designation, a movement history that is itself the track record, a course-fit read, and a written analysis, refreshed after every start under a formal confirmation rule.

The published product is the PFI Field Sheet, a pre-event field publication carrying every competitor's designation, issued weekly for each covered vertical: golf ahead of each tournament and Formula 1 ahead of each Grand Prix. The same engine produces PinHigh Player Profiles, standing player documents with a live designation, a designation history, and structured analysis. The methodology is disciplined and gated; the public output is the read, not the internals. Public designations: SURGING, RISING, STEADY, DECLINING.

Product 03 · The valuation

Sports Asset Valuation

A component-based, audit-supportable fair-value methodology for sports franchises, rights vehicles, and minority equity positions.

The mark, built to survive review.

Capital has flooded into women's and emerging professional sports, and funds, administrators, and auditors now have to mark these positions every quarter under ASC 820 with almost no specialist infrastructure to lean on. Mature-league multiples applied mechanically to emerging-league assets misstate value.

SAV decomposes a position into separately valued components, each evaluated on its own evidence rather than collapsed into a single multiple, with stage classification, source-tiering, strict separation of sourced data from analyst judgment, and a calibration register that tests every mark against subsequent transactions. The output is a recurring fair-value process a fund can rely on.

A mark is a point-in-time opinion of the fair value of the whole asset on a control basis, stated as of the vintage date and produced under a fixed, published methodology. Select a row for the record behind the number.

Calibration events

Transactions.

A published valuation is evidence about somebody else's opinion. A transaction is evidence about the market. Every qualifying stake sale enters the calibration register, re-anchors the model, and is published with its implied whole-asset value and disclosed control adjustment.

How the numbers are made

Methodology.

Every mark is produced under the PinHigh Sports Asset Valuation framework and a governed operating rulebook. The primary market-approach indication is built from revenue and a transaction-calibrated league multiple, then reconciled to the most recent qualifying transaction and to all other material evidence. Comparables stay on a strict three-way split: control sales, expansion fees, and minority prints are never blended into one median.

Inputs are tiered by source quality, and published valuation lists are context only, never a primary basis. Each mark carries a confidence tier and a stated band, with bands recalibrated over time to observed error against subsequent transactions. Amendments are prospective only, restatements are never silent, and the error log is part of the public record.

Product 04 · The integrity framework

Sports Information Risk Perimeter

A role-based information perimeter for the sports event-contract and wagering markets. It defines who can know an outcome before the market prices it.

Upstream of the trade.

Sports outcomes now trade on regulated venues, and surveillance can flag activity in those markets. It cannot, on its own, say who plausibly knew first. SIRP supplies the missing reference: a mapping of the role-based categories of persons who hold or can hold material nonpublic information bearing on an outcome, scored on materiality, lead time, and practical exploitability, and resolved into a graded exposure read.

The framework is instrument-agnostic, applying identically to event contracts, fixed-odds sportsbooks, and daily fantasy formats, because information that leaks into one venue is priced across all of them. It names no person, alleges no conduct, and reads no trade data. PinHigh is independent of surveillance tooling, trading venues, and remediation economics, and any engagement runs under a published conflicts protocol.

In July 2026, PinHigh filed a formal comment with the CFTC on its prediction-markets rulemaking, recommending that integrity infrastructure for sports event contracts include a documented, role-based information perimeter.Public record · RIN 3038-AF65
